We are so young
First, let me introduce ourselves. We are not a large factory. Our factory team consists of about 45 people, among whom over 30 are aged between 30 and 40. They have very strict standards for product manufacturing and have been making yoga wear for over 9 years on average. They are all veteran employees who have worked with my father. Our designers are aged between 25 and 35 and have over 7 years of design experience. They have different design directions for different markets, countries, and preferred elements.

Sewing and making samples
First, we will perform preliminary splicing and sewing of the selected accessories and fabrics. It’s important to firmly secure both ends of the zipper. Before sewing, we will check the machine to ensure it’s in proper working order. Next, we will sew all the parts together and conduct preliminary ironing. For the final sewing, we will use four needles and six threads to ensure durability. After that, we will perform final ironing and check the thread ends and overall workmanship to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards.
